Hello everyone, I am Kyoshi Jihad Khoury, part of the management group as IT Coordinator for the All Japan Jujitsu International Federation. As IT Coordinator for AJJIF GLOBAL, it is my responsibility to ensure that social media policy is to be made to not only protect our organization but all of our members and representatives as well. Why do we need a social media policy? Social media is an incredible and powerful tool in our modern time and because it is so powerful that it can reach to so many people all over the world and we need to know the balance how to use these tools in the correct way while you are an active member of AJJIF GLOBAL.
Policy for Online Groups pages applies for Facebook/Instagram/Twitter or any other social media sites.

AJJIF GLOBAL Official International Representatives Duties and Responsibilities:
AJJIF GLOBAL Official Rules for Representatives:
1. The Representative of AJJIF GLOBAL - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY is the administrative and martial arts adviser in their country or region.
2. Representative of AJJIF GLOBAL - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY is accountable only to the Supreme Council of AJJIF GLOBAL represented by the Founder and Head of AJJIF GLOBAL O-Sensei Alexey Kunin.
3. All activities undertaken on behalf of the Representative of AJJIF GLOBAL - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY must be approved by the Founder and Head of AJJIF GLOBAL Alexey Kunin.
4. Representatives of AJJIF GLOBAL can participate in activities such as seminars, conferences, competitions, etc., on his own behalf or on behalf of his federation to act as consultants - experts on the officiating.
In these cases, they have to officially notify the Founder and Head of AJJIF GLOBAL, as well as Representative of AJJIF in the country in which they are going to to carry out these activities.
5. If Representative of AJJIF GLOBAL do not satisfy these conditions, Representative of AJJIF GLOBAL will loose Official Representation.
If the AJJIF GLOBAL - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY has suffered a great moral or material damage, the Representative of AJJIF GLOBAL may be deprived of the membership in the AJJIF Federation,
in this case the official notice will be send from the AJJIF GLOBAL - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY.
AJJIF GLOBAL REGULATIONS:
1. All AJJIF GLOBAL - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY Official Documents are issued and approved by AJJIF GLOBAL World Governing Body Headquarters (Los Angeles, USA) only.
2. AJJIF GLOBAL Officials (Vice Presidents, Technical Directors, Officers, Directors and International Representatives) have no Authority to recognize or issue Martial Arts International Certificates, Ranks, Grades, Titles or Licenses or other Official Documents under the name of AJJIF GLOBAL - ALL JAPAN JU-JITSU INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY. * AJJIF GLOBAL International Headquarters (Los Angeles, USA) is the only Authority that can recognize or issue Martial Arts International Certificates, Ranks, Grades, Titles, Licenses or other Official Documents under the name of AJJIF GLOBAL - ALL JAPAN JU-JITSU INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY. *
3. AJJIF GLOBAL Officials are appointed for 1 year term only. Every year AJJIF GLOBAL Officials will be evaluated, and changes may apply based on their service to the AJJIF GLOBAL - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY organization.
4. If you are the AJJIF GLOBAL Life Member it is a Individual Life Membership only.
AJJIF GLOBAL Individual Life Membership can not be applied as a registration of your Federation, Association, Organization, Club, School, Dojo and Style.
5. AJJIF GLOBAL - ALL JAPAN JU-JITSU INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY Official Logo is a Legal Property of AJJIF GLOBAL. Using AJJIF LOGO without the approval of AJJIF GLOBAL President is illegal and not permitted, and may cause Disciplinary Actions. * Allowed only if provided directly by the AJJIF GLOBAL. *
6. If AJJIF GLOBAL - ALL JAPAN JU-JITSU INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY Members or Officials committed any illegal actions against AJJIF GLOBAL Organization, Policies or Regulations; AJJIF GLOBAL Organization has complete Authority to initiate a Disciplinary Actions:
* If a person or organization are claiming that they are members of the AJJIF GLOBAL - ALL JAPAN JU-JITSU INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY or they have Rank Certificates, Grades, Titles or Licenses from the AJJIF GLOBAL - ALL JAPAN JU-JITSU INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY, but they are not listed on the AJJIF GLOBAL Official website then they are Fraudulent. *
MEMBERSHIP, INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION, PROMOTION:
1. To be eligible for Life Membership registration, the applicant must present complete documentation, required by AJJIF GLOBAL - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY.
2. International Registration of Martial Arts Certificates, Ranks, Grades, Titles, Licenses or other Official Documents under the name of AJJIF GLOBAL - ALL JAPAN JU-JITSU INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION - WORLD JU-JITSU GOVERNING BODY will be recognized, registered and issued only after complete presentation of original documents.
3. The act of promotion from one grade to the next, should be presented and demonstrated in presence
with one of AJJIF GLOBAL Officials and according to the rules.

ALL of the above Policies and Regulations will be applied to the AJJIF GLOBAL Sub-Divisions: IBMA - International Budo Masters Association, IFMAOM - International Federation of Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine, USA National Training Center of Combat Ju-Jitsu
AJJIF GLOBAL Policies and Regulation can be changed at any time and will be officially announced.

- If the intent is to make a group page that is related directly to AJJIF GLOBAL or to President O Sensei Alexey Kunin you need to first speak with President O Sensei Alexey Kunin about the group page first before making this action.
- If you are mentioning your membership or ranking from AJJIF GLOBAL or any other relevant information to the public space just mention to O Sensei that AJJIF will be mentioned on the page. (It is not an issue at all but communicating this will be a respectful thing just for President O Sensei Alexey Kunin can be aware of it)
- The obligation as an AJJIF member or representative in your authorized group page is if you have any members of the public talking negative or abusive language against AJJIF or anyone else who is related to AJJIF of any negative comments please reach out to President O Sensei Alexey Kunin or IT Coordinator Kyoshi Jihad Khoury.
- Promoting AJJIF GLOBAL is fantastic for the organization! However, before promoting AJJIF publically online will need to have been proofread by President O Sensei Alexey Kunin to ensure no miss understanding of the information before it is released to the public.
Personal Responsibility of Personal Social Media Account
- Do not miss representing AJJIF GLOBAL to your personal opinion when it comes to public/private or social media discussions which could damage the image of the organization.
- Avoid bad language, be respectful, and avoid negative comments that might cause personal clash/harm not just to AJJIF GLOBAL but important to you as well.
- If you have found negative videos, photos, groups, or comments that are made against AJJIF GLOBAL do not engage at all and you can forward it to President O Sensei Alexey Kunin to take appropriate actions as well to IT Coordinator Kyoshi Jihad Khoury.
- Confidentiality must be maintained at all times! If you disclose any confidential information in public space may lead to disciplinary action or legal action depending on how series the situation is.
