AJJIF GLOBAL stands as an independent international federation established to unite, govern, and advance the discipline, integrity, and global development of Ju-Jitsu. Founded upon principles of unity, integrity, discipline, continuity, and respect, AJJIF GLOBAL serves as the supreme authority for its divisions, branches, councils, and committees worldwide. Its governance is exercised through a structured system led by the Founder, the AJJIF GLOBAL Board, and the Executive Board. AJJIF GLOBAL operates with a commitment to excellence in education, sport, culture, safety, and ethical governance. Through its international divisions and worldwide branches, the federation ensures consistent standards, fair regulation, and institutional legitimacy across all affiliated activities. This Charter Extract represents the public declaration of AJJIF GLOBAL’s authority, purpose, and responsibility as a world governing body. It reflects an institution founded not for a moment, but for generations. Issued under the authority of the Founder and the AJJIF GLOBAL Board.

AJJIF GLOBAL（全日本柔術国際連盟）は、柔術の統合、統治、ならびにその規律・品位・世界的発展を推進することを目的として設立された、独立した国際連盟である。AJJIF GLOBAL は、統一、誠実、規律、継承、尊重の理念に基づき設立され、世界各地の部門、支部、評議会、委員会に対する最高統括機関としての権限を有する。その統治は、創設者、AJJIF GLOBAL理事会、ならびに執行理事会による体系的な制度のもとに行われる。AJJIF GLOBALは、教育、競技、文化、安全、そして倫理的統治における卓越性を重視し、活動している。国際部門および世界各地の支部を通じ、すべての加盟活動において統一された基準、公正な規則、そして制度的正当性を確保する。本憲章抜粋は、世界統括機関としてのAJJIF GLOBALの権限、目的、責任を公に宣言するものである。それは一時のためではなく、世代を超えて存続する機関として創設された理念を体現している。本書は、創設者およびAJJIF GLOBAL理事会の権限のもとに発行される。
