 The Mission of IFMAOM is to Support, Recognize, Validate, Register and Promote International Martial Arts & Oriental Healing Arts Community. Promote the development of Martial Arts & Oriental Healing Arts and Medicine in the World through mutual cooperation, friendship, education, international seminars and training camps. To recognize, support and register different styles of Martial Arts & Oriental Healing Arts, Organizations, Schools and Clubs. To recognize, support and register International Martial Arts Teachers & Oriental Healing Arts Teachers and Students by recognizing and validating their skills, and knowledge. Based on fair and honest International Recognition System of Membership and Rank Validation, Recognition, Registration and Promotion.

The IFMAOM symbol is represented by dragon curling up around the Yin Yang symbol. In the ancient Oriental Mythology Dragon was symbolizing wisdom, strength, patience, mystical qualities and the Universe. Yin Yang is a universal symbol for Martial Arts. Symbolizing the foundation of Oriental Philosophy of constant change, duality, union, harmony and balance in the universe. So when the dragon curls up around the Yin Yang it is symbolizing the whole cosmos and the unseen universe is in constant movement, change, duality, union, balance, harmony and peace.

Historical Information on the AJJIF Development & Establishment:

On 27 August, 2000, International Martial Arts Delegation met at the Katabami Ju-Jitsu Dojo,
to discuss a mutual cooperation, friendship, growth, education and development & promotion of Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine.
During this historic meeting between the representatives from the Asian Martial Arts Federations, Russian Martial Arts Federations, US Martial Arts Federations and the Katabami Ryu Ju-Jitsu. It was proposed to create an International Union for Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine and Eastern Healing Arts.
Further more it was decided to create an International Institute for the study and development of Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine and Eastern Healing Arts.
To create an International Standards for teaching and testing of skills, techniques, and methods in Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine.
To create and promote International Martial Arts seminars, training camps & competitions between different styles of Martial Arts.
It was voted that the two different Parent International Organizations should be created with different missions, but complimenting & supporting each other. And the official names of the organizations should be respectfully:
IFMAOM - International Federation of Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine and second International Organization will be:
AJJIF - All Japan Ju-Jitsu International Federation.
The President, Vice President and Executive Director was elected. It was decided that the Official International Headquarters
will be in the United States at the Katabami Ju-Jitsu Dojo.

On 03 September, 2000 - AJJIF Official Birthday!!!
the First Official Meeting was called, and the Historic Agreement, Recognition and Signing
of the creation of IFMAOM - International Federation of Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine.
And AJJIF - All Japan Ju-Jitsu International Federation.
It was Officially Recognized and Ratified by the representatives of Asian Martial Arts Federations, Russian Martial Arts Federations,
US Martial Arts Federations and Katabami Ju-Jitsu Family.

On 02 March, 2004 the AJJIF - All Japan Ju-Jitsu International Federation and
IFMAOM - International Federation of Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine received Official Registration from
City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles and the State of California, USA.
And it was Registered & Added to the Archives of the Los Angeles City Administration and the State of California Court Records.
